Education and Skills Requirement

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Developer with 5+ years of strong experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance mobile apps with seamless user experiences. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS platforms. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA testers. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Optimize app performance and troubleshoot production issues. Stay updated with new technologies, trends, and best practices in Flutter and mobile development. Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers (if applicable). ✅ Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development. Proficient in Dart programming language. Deep understanding of State Management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). Experience with API integration, third-party libraries, and Firebase. Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write unit and integration tests. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have Experience in native Android/iOS development. Familiarity with Flutter Web and desktop apps. Knowledge of Push Notifications, Location Services, and In-app Purchases. Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or personal GitHub portfolio.

Salary

• Salary: 50,000 BDT (Depends on Skills and Experience)

• 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days

• Weekly: Monday - Saturday
