UI/UX Designer

Education and Skills Requirement

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design and an eye for clean, modern aesthetics. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to craft intuitive and beautiful user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Your role will not only involve designing visually compelling screens but also ensuring those designs provide the best possible user experience. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile apps. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to great user experiences. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine your designs. Work closely with developers to ensure flawless implementation of your designs. Contribute to and maintain our design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency. Create design documentation and communicate design choices clearly to stakeholders and team members. Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Stay up to date with current industry trends and tools in UI/UX and bring fresh ideas to the team.

• Skills Required: Design & Tools Figma – Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools (optional but a plus) Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic assets Understanding of design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components UX Principles Strong grasp of user-centered design (UCD) principles Ability to create user flows, information architecture, and site maps Experience in user research, usability testing, and implementing feedback Technical Understanding Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach Basic awareness of HTML/CSS (not mandatory, but helpful for collaboration) Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design Collaboration & Process Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello Soft Skills Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines Openness to feedback and a proactive attitude towards improvement

Salary

• Salary: 30,000 to 50,000 BDT (Depends on Skills and Experience)

• 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days

• Weekly: Monday to Saturday
